Job Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, Measurement and Control Technology and Instruments.
More than 2 years of experience in RF (Radio Frequency) product testing; familiarity with RF testing principles and methods is required, and preference will be given to candidates who understand the characteristics and testing indicators of RF components.
Proficiency in operating various types of RF testing instruments, mastery of test data processing and analysis methods, and basic fault diagnosis capabilities are essential.
Familiarity with relevant standards in the semiconductor industry, ability to design test plans and write documents, and a focus on details and data accuracy are required.
Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, ability to adapt to the fast-paced progress of projects, and good cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills are necessary.
Job Requirements:
Develop test plans and test specifications for RF components, vacuum variable capacitors, and RF matching networks, including performance testing, reliability testing, and compatibility testing.
Build a professional RF test environment, operate equipment such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers to complete prototype testing, and accurately collect and analyze test data.
Be responsible for locating and feeding back test issues, collaborate with the R&D team to analyze the root causes of problems, track the problem-solving process, and conduct reproduction verification.
Participate in the test delivery work of customized projects, adjust test strategies according to customer requirements, and ensure test quality and efficiency within the 6-8 week prototype delivery cycle.
Maintain test instruments/equipment and test databases, write test reports and summary documents, and promote the optimization and iteration of test processes and methods.

Master's degree or above in relevant majors such as Electronic Information, Communication and Information Systems, and Applied Mathematics, with a solid theoretical foundation in algorithms.
More than 3 years of experience in RF (Radio Frequency) system algorithm R&D; familiarity with RF circuit principles and wireless signal processing mechanisms is required, and preference will be given to candidates with experience in high-frequency matching system algorithms.
Proficiency in algorithm simulation tools such as MATLAB, mastery of programming languages such as C/C++, and ability to implement algorithms in an engineering context.
Understanding of technical trends in the semiconductor RF field; ability to independently conduct algorithm research, design and optimization; and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent English reading and writing skills, capable of reading English technical literature fluently and collaborating efficiently with overseas senior expert teams.
Job Requirements:
Responsible for the system algorithm design and optimization of core products such as RF matching networks, including the R&D and iteration of matching algorithms, control algorithms, and signal processing algorithms.
Participate in product system architecture design, conduct link budget analysis and decomposition of key indicators, and ensure compatibility between algorithm performance and hardware implementation.
Build algorithm simulation models, continuously optimize algorithm parameters through simulation verification and prototype testing, and improve product response speed and matching accuracy.
Track cutting-edge algorithm technologies in the RF field, conduct technical research and introduction based on the company's product needs, and support the technological innovation strategy.

Bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as Electronic Engineering, Microwave Engineering, and Electromagnetic Fields and Wireless Technology, with a solid theoretical foundation in RF circuits.
More than 3 years of experience in RF hardware R&D; familiarity with the working principles of RF components (such as amplifiers, filters, capacitors, etc.) is required, and preference will be given to candidates with experience in developing RF matching networks or high-frequency components.
Proficiency in at least one RF simulation tool (e.g., ADS, HFSS) and PCB design software, and skillful operation of various RF test instruments.
Understanding of the basic principles of wireless communication, in-depth knowledge of RF system indicators (such as noise figure, S-parameters, etc.), and the ability to independently carry out design and debugging.
Good team collaboration awareness and quick response ability, capable of adapting to the efficient R&D rhythm of customized projects.
Job Requirements:
Responsible for hardware circuit design of core products such as RF components, vacuum variable capacitors, and RF matching networks, including scheme formulation, link calculation, component selection, and schematic drawing.
Lead RF circuit simulation analysis and PCB layout design guidance, with a focus on optimizing high-frequency signal integrity, impedance matching, and electromagnetic compatibility performance.
Undertake prototype RF performance testing and debugging, use instruments such as spectrum analyzers and network analyzers to complete index verification, and quickly locate and solve technical problems in design and testing.
Participate in the formulation and filing of product technical documents, including design reports, test analysis reports, and BOM lists, to ensure the standardization of the R&D process.
Cooperate with customized project requirements, connect cross-departmental collaboration, and ensure efficient progress from design to prototype delivery (6-8 week cycle).
