2018 - The first batch achieved an 83% pass rate during machine testing

In 2019, foreign technical experts were engaged to complete the upgrading of production and testing technologies.

- The ESR and ESL are on par with those of similar products from foreign competitors.

- The maximum operating current of our product (with the same specifications) is 5% to 10% higher than that of similar products from foreign competitors.

- The capacitance variation accuracy per turn reaches +/-1%.

- The capacitor lifespan reaches 7.0 to 9.0 million cycles.

- The integrated performance of the capacitor + drive motor assembly is comparable to that of similar products from foreign competitors.

2020 ~ Present:

- Annual shipment volume: 1,800 variable capacitors + 900 fixed capacitors

- The matching components for MW (Megawatt) all use self-manufactured capacitors.

- Successfully replaced capacitors from foreign competitors and applied to the AKT high-power matching components in the panel industry.

- Widely used in the domestic semiconductor matching component maintenance industry
